Signature Massage - Calm your mind, body, and spirit with a massage of long strokes and gentle kneading of Swedish massage. Our therapist provide an intuitive massage incorporating techniques such as acupressure and shiatsu to improve muscle tone, stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory systems, and relax the body.
Standard session 1Hr ~ $95.00; or 1 ½ Hrs. $135.00. Deep Tissue add $10.

Deep Tissue Massage - A technique focused on connective tissue in order to restore structural alignment and balance by removing chronic tensions that are often created over time by injury, and by habitual and/or emotional stress. Our therapists work sensitively with you to release tension for a deeply relaxing and healing treatment.

Couple's Massage - A classic blend of Swedish massage techniques to relax, de-stress and nurture both of you. Two therapists will treat you and your partner to a delightful, soothing experience.
Standard session 1Hr ~ $190.00 or 1 1/2 Hr ~ $270.00 Deep Tissue add $10 per person.

Hot Stone Massage - Heated and cooled polished stones are used to help stimulate the circulatory systems and enhance the feeling of relaxation. Hot rocks offers the benefits of standard massage plus the warmth of stones. Perfect for foggy or rainy coastal days.
Standard Session 1 Hr. ~ $135.00 - 1 1/2 Hr $175

Shiatsu Treatment (1 hour) or (1.5 hour) - This ancient body work uses firm and gentle pressure along the body's meridians and acupressure points to harmonize energyflow and increase circulation. Use of stretches to relax and release tension. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, i.e., yoga wear.
Standard Session 1 Hr. ~ $105 or 1.5 Hr. $145.

Our Sauna is Your New Sun
Sauna session: ½ Hr ~ $35.00 per couple. We highly recommend a sauna with a massage!
The benefits of Infrared Therapy using a sauna is the beginning to complete stress reduction, relaxation, and all-around better health. Our infrared sauna is completely safe and natural. The radiant heat from the saunas surrounds and penetrates deeply into joints, muscles and tissues, speeding oxygen flow and increasing circulation. Using a infrared sauna helps to purify cells, specifically the cells inside fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins, such as cholesterol and heavy metals. When a sauna is used properly, this healing technology has zero side effects.
