In 1906 and with the coming Prohibition, the brewery is shut down. From 1931 thru 1976, the property is an auto park with a small gas station and store. In 1985 the property converts to an inn as buildings are added. The current owners, Andy and Susie Plocher, have spent thirteen years carefully rebuilding and upgrading the inn.
